High Temperature Teflon Fabric
High Temperature Teflon Fabric belt,is made of high performance fiberglass fabric which is impregnated with PTFE suspension emulsion.
Features of High Temperature Teflon Fabric:
1. High&low temperature endurable:
High temperature range from 200°C to 260°C and low temperature range from -50°C to -70°C.
2. Non-stick:
Any sticky material is not easy to cling to it. And any stain or spot on it is easy to be cleaned.
3. Chemical corrosion resistant:
It can resist strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia, various organic solvents, and almost all pharmaceutical items.
4.High weatherability, anti-aging, anti-UV ray.
5. High insulation property (the value of dielectric constant is only 2.6, and the value of tangent is less than 0.0025), and the value of its surface resistance up to 1016 ohms.
6. Fire proof. Even flame cannot cause it burning.
Application of High Temperature Teflon Fabric:
Various types of conveyor belts can be made from different thicknesses of PTFE coated glass fabric ranging from 0.06mm-1.2mm. Those with thickness of and above 0.45mm can be made into conveyor belt while those with thickness less than 0.45mm can be made into fusing machine belt, sealing belt,etc.
Specifications of High Temperature Teflon Fabric:
Thickness: 0.05 ~ 1.2mm.
2.Width: 1m ~ 3.6m.
Different grades of Teflon impregnated fiberglass fabric belt can be made:
1. General industrial grade: Mainly used in various industrial fields.This grade product is with characteristics of heat-resistant, corrosion resistant, non-stick.
2.standard grade: It can be used in general industry, plastic mould stripping, etc.This product is made from imported materials.In addition to good corrosion resistance and heat resistance,it is more smooth and flat,and with good non-stick performance.
3. Food grade: More secure in the food industry. With characteristics of smooth surface, anti-stick property, good heat resistance, and it is easy to clean.
4. Anti-static grade: To meet customer's specific requirements.It is with anti static property in addition to all traditional properties of PTFE coated glass fabric.
